Senior Mission Advisor Marcella Klauser is a member of the Foxtrot Team and has the responsibility and goal of facilitating operational success of all client mission related activities. Marcella serves as one of the point of contacts for Foxtrot Universal clients and coordinates all of their mission requirements. Over the years, Marcella has developed the experience and ability to look down-line to identify and resolve any potential issues that may negatively impact a client’s trip. With her excellent communication skills Marcella understands the client’s sense of urgency and is resourceful when presented with complex situations. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Marcella was an FAA certified Air Traffic Controller and Control Tower Operator for 10 years.
