Bobby is a certified Compliance and Ethics Professional and holds a Masters in Business Administration - International Business with honors from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas. In addition, he holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola University, New Orleans, LA and completed a fellowship from Loyola's Institute of Politics.
